02 Customization
Our Research and Development team is here to assist you in creating your own branded products. At this stage, we review the preliminary plan to ensure that the options we provide align with your goals in terms of color, length, density, tip type, branded labels, and packaging.
03 Product Samples and Color Swatches
Samples provide a tangible representation of our quality. To expedite the process, we offer stock samples and color rings. These color samples enable you to assess both the quality and the custom colors of the products.
04 Testing and Approval
Evaluate the quality and color precision using samples and color rings to guarantee that they meet the standards for mass production. We will commence professional production once we receive your order approval.

05 Trial Order
A trial order allows us to assess whether the products we have designed and
produced meet market acceptability. By testing and comparing quality, color,
and durability against other products, we can make necessary adjustments to
details and processes to achieve optimal results.
06 High-Volume Production
We produces 6 tons of hair extensions and wigs each month. Every product from the Alpha factory undergoes rigorous quality inspection and testing, and is crafted by skilled and dedicated employees.
07 Quality Assurance
Comprehensive quality testing is implemented throughout the entire production process to ensure our products maintain high and consistent standards. Prior to packaging, we perform 100% testing and provide detailed quality reports for your review.
